Hi there, Do you want the best white water rafting New Zealand has to offer? Then come to the West Coast of the South Island. This is the whitewater capital, with well over a thousand rivers and creeks flowing off the Southern Alps into the pacific ocean. NZ is home to some of the best whitewater in the world, and the West Coast has the best choice of rivers new zealand has, ranging from mellow class 2 up to extreme class 5. Professional kayakers and rafters come from all over the world to experience the white-water and scenery the West Coast of the South Island has to offer. The tectonic activity along the coast has pushed our mountains up straight out of the sea creating the most rugged country in NZ. We know our terrain and how to access all the best rivers;

For the fisherman we have adventure rafting – fly fishing the Karamea and a bunch of other rivers for trophy brown trout in areas heli fisherman and walk in fisherman cannot access, camping in the evenings and relaxing around the campfire. Eco Rafting Adventures is family owned and operated, the owners are your raft guides/cooks/entertainers, and we will take you through some of the most unforgettable scenery New Zealand has in remote wilderness areas. Clear clean rivers, glaciers, mountains, canyons, rain forest, beaches, wildlife, waterfalls-we have it all. We want to give you your most memorable experience, hands down. We specialise in small groups for a more personal experience and the rivers we raft on are the best in New-Zealand, and are some of the best in the world! We have over 40 whitewaterrafting rivers to choose from and have we have chosen the very best of those to operate on. I have rafted all over the world and reckon the rivers on our west coast are second to none. There are no roads into our rivers so it is a true wilderness experience with more rapids that you can poke a stick at.
